我们经常听到这样一句：自律才能自由。
为什么是这样呢？
生活中我们经常被琐事牵绊，
如同机器般被动的接受，做出反应。
这不是自由。
究竟什么是自由？
所谓自由，并不是随心所欲，不是那种“回家便躺平”，什么都不干的状态。
这样的生活，只能让你的生活不受控地走下坡路。
之所以说，自律能带来自由，是因为自律意味着自我主宰。
一个人只有能主宰自己的时候，才能算的上是真正的自由。

自律的人不一定都优秀，但优秀的人基本都是自律的。
