Pip: (squeaks) Uh-oh.

1. in league with

意思是“与……联合；与……勾结，和……是一伙”。比如：He is privately in league with some bandits. 他暗中和一些盗匪勾结。

2. party to this evil plot

意思是“和这个邪恶阴谋有关”。“Party”在这里是“和……有关系”的意思。“Plot”在这里是名词，意为“阴谋；秘密计划”。比如：A plot to assassinate the President was uncovered by government agents. 刺杀总统的阴谋被政府特工人员发觉了。

3. Don't try my patience.

这句话的意思是“别逼得我忍无可忍”，也就是“别考验我的耐心”。这里“try”的意思是“考验”的意思。Try相似的用法还有“使（某人）经受极度的困难”，比如：Small print tries the eyes.　印刷字体太小伤眼睛。（字体小当然是对眼睛的大挑战啦！）

4. other half

也就是我们常说的“另一半”。比如：She is my other half. 她是我的另一半。

5. one coquette

这里译为“一位风情万种的女子”。“coquette”是风情万种的意思。但是请大家注意，“coquette”有时表示贬义，即“卖弄风骚的女子”，作为动词，则是“调情、卖弄风情”。比如：She’s always coquetting in the bar. 她总是在酒吧里搔首弄姿的。

6. love's duet

意思是“爱的二重唱”。“duet”是二重唱、二重奏的意思。Love’s duet意思是两个人彼此呼应。三重奏则是“triple concerto”，独奏则是“solo”。

7. keep a wary eye out

意思是“睁大眼睛多留心着点”。Keep an eye out是一个比较口语化的表达，意思是“留心或注意某人（某事）”。也可以表示为“keep an eye open”。比如：I’ve lost my ring – could you keep an eye out for it when you clean the house? 我的戒指不见了，你打扫房间的时候能留点儿神吗？

One scene is filmed in front of the Gershwin Theater, where the Broadway musical Wicked is shown. Idina Menzel, the original leading lady in Wicked, is playing a major role in Enchanted, and Stephen Schwartz, the composer and lyricist for the musical, provides lyrics for the songs in this movie.

Likewise, there are scenes in Times Square, where you can see advertisements for the show Hairspray. James Marsden, one of the leading actors in Enchanted, also portrayed the character of Corny Collins in the 2007 remake that musical. An advertisement for Superman Returns is shown in which Marsden also stars. A Times Square billboard advertising the musical Rent appears; Menzel starred in the original Broadway cast of Rent and received a Tony nomination for it.

From the trailer, the animated parts of the film will be presented in a narrower aspect ratio than the live action parts. The only other Disney film to switch aspect ratios during the film is Brother Bear.

Giselle will be only the second redheaded Disney Princess, only Ariel from The Little Mermaid series coming before her.

Giselle is the first princess since Belle to have the same actress talking and singing the role.

Up-and-coming piano rocker, Jon McLaughlin, is slated to have a role in and provide music for the film.
