On November 4, the reporter learned from the press Office of Sinopec that during the sixth China International Import Expo, Sinopec and Qatar Energy signed the integration cooperation agreement of the second phase of the Northern Gas Field Expansion Project (NFS), including the long-term purchase and sale agreement of liquefied natural gas (LNG) for a period of 27 years and the upstream participation agreement. According to the agreement, Qatar Energy will supply 3 million tons of LNG per year to Sinopec and transfer 5% of its joint venture (equivalent to 1.875% of the NFS project) to Sinopec. This is the third long-term LNG purchase and sale agreement signed by the two sides, and the second integrated cooperation project reached by the two sides after the first phase of the Northern Gas Field expansion project.

11月4日，记者从中国石化新闻办获悉，在第六届中国国际进口博览会期间，中国石化与卡塔尔能源公司签署北部气田扩能项目二期（NFS）一体化合作协议，包括为期27年的液化天然气（LNG）长期购销协议和上游参股协议。根据协议，卡塔尔能源公司将每年向中国石化供应300万吨LNG，并向中国石化转让其合资公司5%股权（折合NFS项目1.875%股权）。这是双方签署的第三个LNG长期购销协议，也是继北部气田扩能项目一期后双方达成的第二个一体化合作项目。

China's energy firm Sinopec and QatarEnergy have signed an agreement on a 27-year liquefied natural gas sales and purchase deal.

中国能源公司中石化和卡塔尔能源公司签署了一项为期27年的液化天然气买卖协议。

Under the agreement, QatarEnergy will supply 3 million tonnes of LNG to Sinopec each year from the North Field South expansion project.

根据协议，卡塔尔能源每年将从北气田南扩建项目向中石化供应300万吨液化天然气。

QatarEnergy will also transfer a 5 percent interest to Sinopec in a joint venture company.

卡塔尔能源还将向中石化转让一家合资公司5%的股权。
