The money illegally received from others amounted to more than 12 million yuan. The prosecution requested that Li Yuyi be held criminally responsible for the crime of accepting bribes.
荆州市人民检察院指控：2004年至2021年，被告人李毓毅先后利用担任上海市金山区委副书记、区长、中国足球协会副主席、中超联赛有限责任公司董事长等职务上的便利或者职权、地位形成的便利条件，为相关单位和个人在足球俱乐部联赛保级、承揽工程项目等事项上提供帮助，非法收受他人给予的钱款共计折合人民币1200万余元。检察机关提请以受贿罪追究李毓毅的刑事责任。
