丰田召回RAV4车型后记

       FAW Toyota General Manager Hideaki Matuki said Toyota will offer Chinese RAV4 buyers a "One out of three" free testing service, but compensation is not included.

　　一汽丰田销售经理Hideaki Matuki说，丰田将会给中国RAV4的车主提供“三选一”的免费测试服务，但是这并不包含对车主进行赔偿。

　　Matuki said the company has recalled 63,367 units of the RAV4 and hopes to finish the recall by April.

　　Matuki说丰田公司已经召回了63367个RAV4车型的零部件，并希望所有这些零部件可以在4月之前完成修理。

　　Customers who have ordered the model could get full refund if they intend to return the car.

　　如果那些预定了这款车型的顾客们想退回这款车，那么他们可以获得全额退款。

        Toyota promises to bear the cost of the recall and related services, and dealers don't pay a cent for the recall either.

　　丰田承诺将会承担所有汽车召回的费用和相关的服务费用，供货商们也不用对这次召回措施付出任何费用。

　　However, the Japanese car company won't provide temporary cars for RAV4 customers to use because fixing the pedal only takes 30 minutes, Matuki explained.

　　但是，日本汽车公司不会对RAV4的车主提供可供他们临时使用的汽车，因为修理这种车型的脚踏板只需要30分钟。

        The Japanese manager denied earlier information released by the Zhejiang Administration for Industry & Commerce, which had released a statement demanding Toyota compensate for consumer losses.

　　日本销售经理拒绝承认早期由浙江工商行政管理局发布的声明，声明中要求丰田补偿顾客们的损失。

　　Chinese law doesn't ask automakers to compensate for their recalled vehicles, nor does it set rules to punish automakers for concealing defects of their products.

　　中国法律不会要求汽车制造商对召回的车辆进行赔偿，同时法律也不会制定相关细则去惩罚制造商们隐藏自己商品缺陷的行为。
