Discipline, the root of all good qualities, the driver of daily execution. Discipline defeats the infinite excuses that say not today not now I need a rest, I'll do it tomorrow. There is only one way. The way of discipline.

 

自律是所有优秀品质的根基，是每日奋斗的原动力。自律打败了那些数不清的借口，比如说什么今天我真的很累了，我需要歇一会，明天再努力吧。成功的路，只有一条：那就是自律。

 

There's power and consistency. There is power and doing something over and over and over and over again. There's power and practice. And your problem is you're on beast mode, Monday, Wednesday, Friday. You keep starting in stopping and stopping. I challenge you. I challenge you to make up the gap. I challenge you to go from average. I challenge you to go from good. I challenge you to go from great. And I challenge you to be phenomenal. I challenge you to live in beast mode, because beast mode makes more money than average does.

自律会为让你充满力量、坚持不懈。你会获得满满的力量，一遍又一遍地做一件事。带着这个力量，每天都努力实践。你的问题在于，你的努力总是三天打鱼、两天晒网，你总是刚刚开始就停下来了，止步不前。我就要考验你。我要考验你，看你到底能不能填补这个差距，看你到底能不能摆脱平庸，看你到底能不能追求卓越，看你能不能永无止境地奋斗，看你能不能创造奇迹，看你能不能一直像野兽一样保持斗志，因为这才能让你获得成功，平庸不会给你带来这些。

 

When you are a true hunter, you don't go by time. You go by the gazelle. You don't hunt from 8 to 3. Why? Because the gazelle may not be open from 8 to 3. You hunt until you get the gazelle and you don't stop until you get one. And then you get another, and then you get another, and you get another. We live in a world that we want to be as comfortable as we can. Our whole life is set up in the path of least resistance. We don't want to suffer. We don't want to feel discomfort.

如果你成为了一个真正的捕猎者，那么你不会跟着时间的节奏走，你会追随你的猎物。狩猎这事可不像准点上下班那么简单，对吧？因为你的猎物，比如说羚羊，它们可不会准时出来等着你。你穷追不舍，直到你抓到猎物为止。接着，你还会继续追赶下一个猎物，一个又一个。我们活在一个人人都想过得安逸的世界里，我们的生活中几乎没有挫折。我们不想跳出舒适区，我们不想让自己太累。

 

We need to embrace the fact that it's not hard to avoid it, that other people can be casual if they want to. But they will know something about you by the way you come in. Most people aren't walking like this. Most people are just dragging along. Seeing life, you're either in the way or on the way. You don't want to be casual like that. The people who realize that it's you. That you're going to determine this. You're going to determine the outcome of your life. You're going to determine whether your life is exciting or whether or not it's boring. You determine that.

我们必须承认一个事实，那就是，要避免挫折并不难，如果人们想避免，随随便便就可以做到。但是，当他们见到你的时候，你身上某种特殊的气质会让他们觉得你与众不同。人生路上，大多数人都是拖拖拉拉地走着，漫不经心。而人生是这样的，你要么停住不动，要么往前走。你不能这样吊儿郎当的。人们会知道你和普通人不一样。你能把握自己的生活，你的人生你做主。你的人生是充满惊喜的还是乏味无聊的，这将取决于你。没错，取决于你。

 

And those people who know that, they move with a sense of urgency. They move with purpose and direction. They work and they manage their time effectively. You know that whatever you've done, it's only a tip of the iceberg of what's possible for you. And you're excited trying to find out what else I got in here. I like what I'm seeing here. Let me work on this some more. You've got to fortify yourself with contentment. You've got to step into it. Take a stand. It takes courage to live. You're gonna be faced with a series of opposition.

All kind of obstacles in your path. Yes. All kind of hurdles. You're gonna have to overcome. But as you do that, the harder the battle the sweeter the victory. As you do that, as you go through that, when you come through, when you come through that valley, when you come through that fight, there will be a look in your eyes and everybody will know this is a different person here. It's hard to handle it. You gotta find something within, and when you find out what your WHY is, you don't sleep day or night to get it, because every second every second spent not doing so, it's time wasted. When you find your WHY, you will find a way to make it happen.

在你前进的道路上所有的阻碍，没错，所有的阻碍，你都会克服。但请你记住，奋斗的过程越艰苦，胜利的果实就越甜蜜。当你努力奋斗，熬过了困难的时期，经历了很多坎坷，从低谷中爬起来，在竞争中凯旋而归，人们就会知道，士别三日，当刮目相待。要做到这些并不容易。你要找到内心的动力，你要找到你内心的追求。无论白天还是黑夜，你都不会贪图安逸，因为每一个没有努力的时刻，都是在浪费时间。当你找到内心的追求，你就会努力让梦想成真。

 

When there's a will, there's a way. When you truly need something, you can find the way and you stop at nothing to reach it. I know what you're feeling. But you got to work through it. You're gonna get up. You're gonna get dressed. You're gonna do what you've been called to do. You won't be what you called it. And you're gonna prove to everybody that tried to break you. You're gonna prove to everybody that is trying to stop you, to everybody that tried to kill your dream. You will prove them all wrong.

有志者，事竟成。当你真的很需要某个东西时，你就会找到办法，而且什么都不能阻止你去追求它。我明白你的感受，但你真的必须熬过去。你要站起来，你要重振旗鼓。你要完成自己的使命。你不再是从前的你。你要向所有想要打败你的人、所有阻拦你的人、所有妄图扼杀你的梦想的人证明，他们错了。
