1. 强调句经常被插入的定语从句分隔，这时要理顺其中的关系。
Was it the teacher to whom my father talked yesterday that teaches you English?
就是我父亲昨天与其谈话的那个老师教你们英语吗？
It was on the farm where we worked that I got to know her.
就是在我们工作过的农场上我认识了她。
It is in this room where the meeting is being held now that I left my umbrella that day.
我那天就是把雨伞丢在现在正在开会的那个房间里了。
2. 强调句经常被插入的短语分隔。
I think it's the driver rather than the passengers who is to blame for the accident.
我认为是司机而不是乘客应该为车祸负责。
3. 强调句经常被插入的同位语从句分隔。
It was the decision that we should send more firefighters there that made Mr. Fox pleased.
正是我们应该派更多消防队员去那里的决定使福克斯先生很高兴。
Could it be the idea that we should have a rest that made him pleased?
可能会是我们应该休息一下的主意使他高兴起来的吗？
