职场心经

询盘是贸易的开始,也是贸易过程中十分重要的一个环节。买方在询价时应注意:

1.因询价就是向潜在的供应商探询交易条件,并不具约束力,因此,应该广泛询价,以了解市场行情。

2.询价的形式可采取发价目单、商品目录或直接询问都可。

3.如果你急于采购某种商品,询价不要太集中,以防暴露真实意图,对方趁机扛价。

当询盘的时候你会说

1.Could you give us an idea about your price for CIF London?

2.When can I have your firm offer for CIF London?

我什么时候可以得到你们公司的伦敦到岸价的实盘?

firm offer表示的是“实盘”的意思,与之对应的是虚盘(nonfirm offer)。

3.I'm interested in your hardware .

我对你们的硬件感兴趣。

hardware表示的是“硬件”的意思,对应的software则表示“软件”。

4.Could you give me an indication of the price?

你们提出一个估计价格好吗?

5.Could you give us some idea about your price?

你们能介绍一下价格吗?

6.Another thing, all your prices are on a CIF basis. We'd rather you quoted us FOB prices.

Your inquiry is too vague to enable us to reply you.

cost price表示“成本价”

A:Good morning, my name is Wu Hao.

B:I'm Susan White, I'm glad to have the pleasure of meeting you here.

A:I'm glad to meet you, too. Now what can I do for you?

B:I'm thinking about buying some silk.

A:May I have your specific inquiry? If you make an inquiry. We can offer you firm offer.

B:I'm planning to place an order for 1,000 yards to start with. And please make your quotations on CIF basis.

A:OK, we'll have them early this afternoon.

B:Would you accept orders according to our designs and patterns?

A:Yes. If the order is a sizable one.

B:That's good. And I suppose your silk ware is sun proof.

A:Definitely so. It washes well too.

B:May I have a catalogue covering your silk? I would like to get some idea of your silk.

A:Here you are.

B:Thank you, I'll ring you up for another talk with you.

A:Please call again any time you like.

CIF是Cost Insurance and Freight的缩写形式,表示“到岸价格”。

B:Sure. Here are our FOB price lists. All prices in the lists are subject to our final confirmation. You can see the prices are reasonable.

A:What about the kick-back?

B:I think it will be better to discuss this when you place your order with us.

A:OK. Then I will put down the quantity for each item on the enquiry list. When do you think I can get your offer?

B:Tomorrow morning.

kick-back佣金

Kick-back是一个合成词。kick在俚语中有“钱包”的意思。收回到钱包里的东西自然就是“佣金”了。例如:The salary is not high, but we can get 8% kick-back of what we have sold out.薪水不多,但是我们可以拿到销售额百分之八的佣金。
