数量条款是外贸合作的基本内容之一，它规定了交货的数量和使用的计算单位。常用的计量方法和计量单位有：

1．按重量：克、公斤、公吨、长吨、短吨、磅；

2．按个数：件、双、套、打；

3．按长度：米、英尺、码；

4．按面积：平方米、平方英尺、平方码；

time limit表示的是“时限，期限”的意思。生意场上时间就是金钱，所以严格守时十分重要。

A：OK. There are seventy U.S. dollars each, for a total of fourteen thousand dollars.

B：So, the total order comes to one hundred and eighty-six thousand.

A：That's correct.
