职场心经

如果对方订购的商品因缺货而无法供应时，应及时向对方说明，并告知对方具体原因，询问对方是否愿意订购别的商品。如果对方有兴趣的话，可将类似的且具备同样品质的商品介绍给对方。如果对方表示没有兴趣，就只好拒绝单方的订单了。

1．We are expecting some new stock tomorrow.

估计明天我们有新货到。

2．The supply of the goods at present is very tight.

目前该货紧缺。

3．Hmm, we plan to supply half of your order on condition that we cut our supply to another customer.

嗯，我们打算削减另一客户的订货，向您提供订单上一半的货物。

4．We shall be glad to let you know by telephone as soon as it arrives.

货一到我们就会电话通知你。

5．We haven't got that in stock at the moment, but we could order it for you.

我们目前没有货，不过我们可以为您订购。

6．I am sorry, we just filled a very large order that cleared us out of stock.

fill a order表示“完成订单”，而执行订单则是carry on a order。

拒绝订单

A：Owing to the lack of raw materials, the factory has to entertaining new orders.

B：That's so terrible.

As some items under order are beyond business scope , we can only accept your order partially.

A：We've received your order for 40 tons of black tea, but we're sorry to say that it's not available for prompt shipment, as we are out of stock now.

B：Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. Then, when can we expect to have the goods?

A：Well, it is hard to say. You know, our black tea has received a warm welcome in the world for its good quality and reasonable price. Demand always exceeds supply. Though we have tried our best to speed up the production, it still can not meet the increasing demand. If you're in urgent need of the goods, I'd like to recommend you our green tea. But I have to point out that even our green tea is limited in supply.

B：But your black tea is familiar to our clients. As to the green tea, can you promise that it can sell well in our market?

A：No, I can't. But I don't think you need to worry about that. In recent years, our green tea has been introduced to many other countries in Europe and has found a ready market there. So, I'm sure it will also do well there.

B：I hope so. But I'm still not sure of it.

A：Well, here is our sample. If you are satisfied with it, you can place a trial order with us. Once we have new stock of black tea, we will let you know as soon as possible.

B：Thank you.

A：我们已经收到了你们40吨红茶的订单，可是非常抱歉，由于缺货我们无法马上供应。

B：哦，太遗憾了。我们什么时候可以得到货物呢？

B：但愿如此，可是我还是不能确认。
