1．线路安排要具体明确，把每一天的活动项目及日程都要具体地告知顾客。如：

On the first day we climb the mountain, and the tour guide will lead the tourist group to visit some other surrounding view spots on the second day. As for the third day, in the morning you can buy some souvenirs, and you will come back in the afternoon.

第一天会安排你们在黄山上游览，第二天会由导游带领旅游团在黄山附近的一些其他景点进行观赏。第三天上午主要是用于让游客购买纪念品，下午返程。

若顾客不满意，要及时进行协商修改。如：

C: I want to see more on the Yellow Mountain, and I have little interest in other sight spots. Therefore can you extend the time on the mountain?

C: 我想多游览一下黄山，对附近的其他景点不太感兴趣。能否把在山上游览的时间延长一些？

R: No problem, if you want to spend more time staying on the mountain. You can spend the first two days to see the Yellow Mountain.

R: 没问题，如果您想在山上待的时间长一点的话，我们可以把前两天都安排成游览黄山。

2．在确定出行方式时一定要与客户协商，针对不同旅客的具体情况，提供相应的出行方案。如：

If you have airsickness, you can go there by train. 如果您晕机的话，我们会安排您坐火车去那儿。

If you have seasickness, you can go there by air. 如果您晕船的话，我们会安排您坐飞机过去。

3．在安排旅客在旅游地的活动项目时，要充分考虑到当地的特色。让旅客充分体验到旅游地与众不同的特征。如：

As Shenzhen is a southern coastal city, you will enjoy its unique natural scenery. 深圳是一个南方沿海城市，你们将体验到那里独特的自然风光。
