Kennedy Airport, which had come in at 16th place in2016, was knocked out of a list of the top 20 busiestairports in the world as passenger traffic increasedsubstantially in Asia, according to a report.

The report said the world's major airports enjoyed "robust" growth in terms of travelers, withpassenger traffic growing by 5.2 percent in 2017.
