在短短几秒的视频中，一名警察扮演“持刀歹徒”，另一名警察则扮演“普通人”。“普通人”对镜头说道：
'Today, we will teach you what to do when you encounter a knife-wielding assailant.'
“今天我们就来教大家如何应对持刀歹徒。”
但当“持刀歹徒”将刀指向“普通人”时，令人意想不到的画面出现了……
“普通人”转身撒腿就跑，边跑还边大喊：“救命啊!警察蜀黍!”

The hilarious video was filmed by the Longyang district branch of Baoshan city police in Yunnan province and posted onto Hubei Shiyan police department's official Weibo account.
这段搞笑的视频由云南省保山市隆阳公安分局拍摄，发布在湖北省十堰公安局的官方微博上。
@十堰警方网警巡查执法 在微博中写道：
'Normal people should deal with knife attackers this way. This is very practical - everyone must learn this method!'
