　　take a nap means take a short sleep,especially during the day.

　　意为：打盹，小睡一下。

　　例句

　　I usually take a nap after having lunch. I feel really refreshed when I wake up.

　　我经常在午饭后小睡一下，当我醒来后我感觉精神多了。

　　所谓中午不睡，下午崩溃。所以：

　　我们比较熟悉的Shut up(means stop talking)，为闭嘴的意思。那么Shut-eye 则为闭上眼睛，get some shut-eye即可翻译为“闭目养神，小睡一下”。
