We took our daughter for a vacation. Seated on the airplane near the wing,I pointed out to her that we were above the ocean.

"Can you see the water" I asked her.

"No," she said,peering out the window at the wing,"but I can see the diving board."

我们带女儿去度假,坐在飞机上靠机翼的地方。 我告诉她,我们现在是在大洋上空。

我问她:"你能看见水吗?"

她从窗口望出去,看着机翼说:"没看见水,不过我能看见跳水板。"
