This little piggy might not fly — but she’s the perfect “oinkment” for preflight jitters.

LiLou is part of a program at San Francisco International Airport that aims to ease travel stress with the help of therapy animals.

Although she’s not allowed in the air, the Juliana pig does hoof it around the airport in bright-red toenail polish and a pilot’s cap, posing for selfies and greeting departing flyers.

She also entertains passengers by banging out tunes on her toy piano using her snout and hooves.

“People are very happy to get distracted from the travel, from their routines, whether they’re flying on their journey for vacation or work,” said her owner, Tatyana Danilova. “It makes them pause for a second and smile and be like, ‘Oh, it’s great.’ ”

All the therapy animals in SFO’s “Wag Brigade” program are trained by the local Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. The initiative, which launched in 2013, includes dogs of all breeds and sizes — but 5-year-old LiLou is the first airport therapy pig.

All the animals are house-trained.
