"Welcome to my life"—this is how a comic artist describes her Instagram page Life of Jolie. Life of Jolie is a fresh comic the artist started when the world turned into a madhouse back in March to illustrate what her everyday life looks like. Funny and quirky slice-of-life comics have everything an "average" person can relate to—her personal struggles, cute and challenging relationship moments, adorable and sometimes unpredictable pets, as well as some precious childhood memories. Although her comics follow the life of a fictional character, most of them are so real and dear to her heart, you can tell they depict real-life experiences.

The artist behind Life of Jolie told Bored Panda how these comics came about:

"It basically started when corona and quarantine started back in March. I suddenly had a lot of time so I got myself an iPad and an Apple pencil and started drawing this character named Jolie that is very much inspired by my own life! I haven't drawn that much comic-style drawing before, so I have to say that my first comics are really bad (but I have progressed a lot since then and now it’s just fun to look back at my earlier work)."
