面试前的准备
航空面试，你要在面试前做好相关准备工作。服装上，最好穿新衣服。当然，不是新衣服那么衣服必须整洁、干净。衣着颜色应该为深色，蓝、黑二色最适宜。不宜穿鲜艳的衣着。衣着需穿正式装西装。鞋子为黑色皮鞋，皮鞋需程亮。男士发型不宜过长，需给人以整齐、得体的感觉。女士发型不宜标新立异。男士面部需洁面，剃须。女士化淡妆。
面试中的站、坐姿
航空面试，当你进入面试会场后，如果处于站立。那么，你需保持正确的站姿。男士要两脚分开，比肩略窄，将双手自然下垂。而女士需双腿并拢，脚尖分呈V字型。双手自然下垂或者合起放于腹前。如果需要你入座，那么你需走到座位前，轻稳坐下，双脚并齐，上体自然伸直，头正，目光柔和平视。
面试中的礼节
航空面试，当你进入面试会场后，你还需注意礼节。如入座时可以向面试官鞠躬。在面试中，你眼睛不能东张西望，目光游离，或者是自始至终注视面试官。特别是女士不能在面试中频繁眨眼，挤眉弄眼。说活做手势动作不能过大，不能手舞足蹈或者是用手指人。
回答问题须知
航空面试，当你回答面试官的提问时，回答问题尽量保持流畅。且逻辑性要求。最好不用“首先”、“其次”这种连接回答问题，因为这种连接往往会在后面的回答中忘记“再次”、“最后”这类连接词。建议多使用“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等顺序词。回答问题需用普通话回答。这里需要你在备考的时候多练习普通话。
自我介绍
