　　我父亲送了我一份生日礼物。

　　v. 授予；正式介绍，引见

　　present sb. with sth. /present sth. to sb. 将某物赠与或交给某人

　　present sb. (to sb.) 正式介绍，引见某人

　　例句：May I present my assistant to you?

　　请允许我向你介绍我的助手。

　　7、 all parts of the country, 全国各地

　　等同于all over the country，from coast to coast。

　　例句：He wants to perform all parts of the country.

　　他想在全国巡演。

　　8、by train，乘火车，以此类推，我们可以说by air，by sea，by bus等。

　　例句：He went to Beijing by air.

　　他坐飞机去的北京。

　　二、本课语法--将来进行时

　　将来进行时也是新概念英语第二册的一个语法重点。

　　They will be trying to keep order.

　　这是一个将来进行时的句子。

　　动词结构

　　将来进行时由"动词be的将来时+现在分词"构成

　　will be doing

　　shall be doing

　　常用的时间状语

　　Soon, tomorrow, this evening，on Sunday, by this time，in two days, tomorrow evening

　　e.g. By this time tomorrow, I'll be sitting in the garden.

　　用法

　　（1）表示将来某一时间正在进行的动作，一般带状语。如：

　　What will you be doing at this time tomorrow?

　　When he comes to my house tomorrow, I will be washing fruits.

　　(2)表示现在正在进行的动作，但这个动作会延续到将来。如：

　　I wonder if it will still be raining this afternoon.

　　(3)表示预定的将来动作或对将来的预测。如：

　　Tomorrow I will be flying to Shanghai.

　　(4)表示委婉的请求

　　When shall we be meeting again?

　　(5)表示原因

　　Please come tomorrow afternoon .Tomorrow morning, I'll be having a meeting.

　　(6)表示结果

　　Stop the child or he will be falling over.

　　(7)表示对将来的打算（区别于对将来的预测）

　　My duties will end in July, and I'll be returning to ShangHai.

　　将来进行时题目答案与解析:

　　1。D。该题表示见到他时，他正在穿着衣服，强调将来某一时刻进行的动作。

　　2。D。将来进行时在口语中常常用来表示预计即将发生或势必发生的动作，再这里表示计划安排。不能选A，因为"will+动词原形"表示临时的决定，而从absolutely可以看出后面的谈话是又计划,有安排的,故这里不用"will+动词原形".不能选B和D,因为从five o'clock this afternoon 得知该题表示将来,故应用与将来相关的语态.

　　3.选D,该题表示下午两点正在发生的事情,故应用将来进行时.
