I love travelling in the country, but I don't likelosing my way. I went on an excursion recently,but my trip took me longer than I expected. ? "I'm going to Woodford Green," I said to theconductor as I got on the bus, "but I don'tknow where it is.""I'll tell you where to get off,"answered the conductor.

I sat in the front of the bus to get a good view ofthe countryside. After some time, the bus stopped.Looking round, I realized with a shock that I was the only passenger left on the bus.

"You'll have to get off here," the conductor said. "This is as far as we go." "Is this WoodfordGreen ?" I asked. "Oh dear," said the conductor suddenly." I forgot to put you off." "It doesn'tmatter," I said. "I'll get off here." "We are going back now," said the conductor. "Well, in thatcase, I prefer to stay on the bus," I answered.

本文语法：对仗句式

一句话总结：对仗句式即两个分句结构平行，前后句形式呼应。

典型句式结构：sb. like doing sth., but sb- do not like doing sth.

I like eating good food, butI do not like spending money. 我喜欢欢吃好吃的，但我就是不喜欢花钱。

Everybody likestravelling, but everybody does not like losing the way

我们每个人都很喜欢出去玩,位每个人都不喜欢在野外迷路。

句子精讲：

1. I love travelling in the country, but 1 don't like losing my way.

我喜次在乡间旅行，但却不愿意迷路。

语言点 这是一个典型的的对仗句式。in the country在乡下;lose one’s way迷路：

2. I went on an excursion recentiy. but my trip took me longer than I expected.

最近我作了一次短途旅行，但这次旅行所花费的时间比我预计的要长：

语言点2 后半句中longer than I expected中包含比较状语从句。
