马云德国汉诺威英文演讲

Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the founder and the executive chairmanof Alibaba group. Mr. Jake Ma.

女士们、先生们，欢迎阿里巴巴集团创始人、执行董事长，马云先生。

Good evening everyone. Dear Chancellor Merkel, and Deputy Prime Minister Ma Kai minister, ladies and gentlemen, it is my great honor to speak here in this evening .

大家晚上好。尊敬的默克尔总理，马凯副总理，女士们，先生们，我很荣幸今晚在这里发言。

I remember 14 years ago when I first come to Hanover, I try to rent a small booth to sale the Chinese products to the western to the Europe. It's been a long time for looking for the booth ,and that time Hanover was not that prosperous, but the fair was very successful.

我记得14年前我第一次来汉诺威时，我试着租了一个小摊位，把中国产品销往西方，销往欧洲。找摊位找了好长时间，那时候汉诺威并没有那么繁荣，但那次展销非常成功。

It's difficult to get a booth. Finally we got a small booth. We got the booth, but very few people find us. Eight years ago, we came back again. We tried to help all of the booths to move them online.

找个摊位很难。我们终于有了一个小摊位。我们有摊位，但很少有人找到我们。八年前，我们又回来了。我们试图帮助所有的摊位把它们搬到网上。

Help them to sale on Alibaba, it did not work. Because at that time, people think the trade affair online are conflict with each other. Today I come back again. The reason I come back again, is trying to find the important the missing part of the Internet business.

帮他们在阿里巴巴上销售，最后失败了。因为当时人们认为网上的交易是不安全的。今天我又回来了。我再次回来的原因，是想找到商业互联网业务中缺失的重要一环。

Internet is a part of the century in the past 20 years，It was pretty successful. But one thing that is very strange that I found that very few Internet companies can survive peacefully and healthily more than three years.

互联网产业在本世纪过去的20年里的发展，取得了巨大的成功，但有一点很奇怪，我发现很少有互联网公司能平安健康的生存3年以上。

That means most of the Internet companies can only have honey days, honey weeks. They don't have even honey months. What is the problem? Where is the missing part? So I think I strongly believe the missing part is in Europe. What is that?

这意味着大多数互联网公司只能享受甜蜜的几天，甜蜜的几周。他们连蜜月都没有。怎么了？缺失的部分在哪里？所以我想我坚信缺失的部分在欧洲。那是什么？

Whether we like it or not? In the past 20 years, Internet has launched a huge impact to the human lifes. Everybody believe that Internet has done great things to the world. And also a lot of traditional business hate the Internet, because they destroyed their business.

不管我们是否喜欢？近20年来，互联网对人类生活产生了巨大的影响。每个人都相信互联网为世界做了伟大的事情。还有很多传统企业讨厌互联网，因为还联网破坏了自己的业务。

But what the rest is that Internet companies always worry. Because you see the whether Google, Facebook, Amazon, ebay, Alibaba, all of us worry everyday. So we think there must be a problem. And the problem is that we have to find a solution. That how we can be a company can live and long and healthy as long as like the Mercedes Benz and Siemens.

剩下的互联网公司总是忧心忡忡。因为你看到即使是谷歌、Facebook、亚马逊、ebay、阿里巴巴，我们也在每天担心。所以我们认为肯定有问题。问题是我们必须找到解决问题的办法。我们怎样才能成为一家像梅赛德斯-奔驰和西门子那样健康长久的平稳运行的公司。

If an industry cannot live more than three years, if all the companies cannot live happily for three years, this industry can never become the main stream. This industry can never become the deep economy.

如果一个行业活不过三年，如果这个行业的所有的公司都活不过三年，那么这个行业就永远不会成为主流行业。这个行业永远不可能成为深度经济结构。

So what we wanna do is that how we can find the solution. The world is changing so fast. Most people don't realize what is IT? What is Internet? We are moving very, very fast today to technology.

所以我们要做的就是找到解决办法。世界变化太快了。大多数人不知道IT是什么？什么是互联网？我们今天科技发展的速度快的惊人。

IT technology and data technology is not technology difference is the difference of people, the way people think, the way people do with the world.

IT技术和数据技术并不是技术上的差异，而是人们的差异，人们的思维方式，行为方式对世界的改变。

We don't know what the world would look like in 30 years, and we don't know what the data would look like. But we are sure that the whole world in next 30 years will be changed. If the first and second innovation and technology relief or liberate the human strength, the physical strength, this will release and liberate the strength of the human brain, the brain innovation.

我们不知道30年后的世界会是什么样子，也不知道数据会是什么样子。但我们相信，未来30年，整个世界都将发生变化。如果第一次和第二次工业革命解放了人的体力，这次革命将解放人的创造力。

The future world, we believe we would be connected not by oil, not by other things, but by datas. The future world. The business is C2B not B2C, C2B is consumer to business, not business to consumer, because you have a lot of datas, because of the datasthe manufacturer must do customized things. Otherwise manufacturing will be very difficult.

未来的世界，我们相信我们之间的联系不是石油，不是其他东西，而是数据。未来的世界。企业是C2B而不是B2C，C2B是消费者对企业，而不是企业对消费者，因为你有很多数据，因为数据制造商必须做定制的事情。否则制造业将非常困难。

In the future. All the manufacturers, they make the machines, the machines can not only produce the products, the machines must talk, the machine must think. And the machine is not going to be supported by oil by electricity. The machine is gonna be supported by datas.

未来。所有的制造商，他们制造机器，机器不仅能生产产品，机器必须说话，机器必须思考。而且这台机器不会靠电来或者油来支持。这台机器将由数据支持。

The future world business were not focusing on the size, business will not focus standardization and power. They were folks like focused on the flexibility, ninbonese . customization and user friendliness, and also strongly believe the future world. We are going to have a lot of women leaders because in the future people not only focus on the muscles powers, they focus on wisdom. They focus on kindness and responsibility.

未来的世界商业不是专注于规模，商业也不会专注于标准化和实力。他们都是专注于灵活性，敏捷性。个性化和用户友好度，也坚信未来的世界。我们会有很多女性领导人，因为在未来人们不仅关注肌肉力量，更关注智慧。他们更注重善良和责任。

And I think Internet must find the missing part. This missing part is how the clicks the motors can work together. And how we can making sure is the next 30 years, the Internet and clicks the models can work together. Only work clicks and models can work together. Internet companies can survive, can live happily for next 30 years.

我认为互联网必须找到缺失的部分。这个缺失的部分是鼠标和马达如何一起工作。而我们如何才能确保未来30年，让互联网和实体经济结合起来。只有结合起来一起工作。互联网公司可以生存，可以健康平稳的存活30年。

And if that day comes, that it will recalled D-economy, it's not a digital economy, which I called data economy.

那天我们就迎来了“D商务”时代的开端，D不是指电子，而是数据。

Everything is going to be changed. And I also believe the world is gonna be beautiful. But the world is very challenging. Apple may not be the future, but apple tells us what the future would look like. That is something in the machine is moving. That is data.

一切都会改变的。我也相信世界会很美好。但这个世界充满挑战。苹果也许不是未来，但苹果告诉我们未来会是什么样子。机器里有东西在动。那是数据。

We are at a great time of innovation, inspiration, invention and creativity. And I think everybody's working hard try to realize their dreams. Today. You see here, real world workers , a truck drivers and a game players and also all these senior people. everybody in the ancient time.

我们正处在创新、灵感、发明和创造的伟大时刻。我想每个人都在努力实现自己的梦想。今天，你看这里，现实世界的工人，卡车司机和游戏玩家，还有所有这些资深人士。

Everybody in the ancient time.Nobody can leverage the technology to realize dreams. Today because of the datas, everything becomes the truth, and I strongly believe it's not the technology that changed the world. It's the dreams behind the technology that changed the world.

这在以前是不可想想象的，没有人能利用科技来实现梦想。今天因为数据，一切都变成了事实，我坚信改变世界的不是技术。是科技背后的梦想改变了世界。

If the technology change the world, I will never be here. I'm not trying to be a teacher. I'm not trying to be technology. I know nothing about computer. And I know very little about the Internet. I have strange dream that we wanna help small business.

如果是科技改变了世界，我永远不会在这里。我不是想当老师。我不是想成为一名技术人员。我对电脑一无所知。我对互联网知之甚少。我有一个奇怪的梦，我们想帮助小企业。

So 14 years ago, we come here to sell Chinese products to Europe. That won't work. 14 years later, we try to help the European small business to China to the world by using the Internet. It's the dreams that drive the world. It's not onaly the technology.

所以14年前，我们来到这里向欧洲销售中国产品。失败了。14年后，我们试图通过互联网帮助欧洲小企业走向世界。是梦想驱动着世界。而不仅仅是技术。

So ladies and gentlemen, let's work hard. It's a fantastic world. It's the world belongs to young people. It's the world belongs to the future. And thank you very much for listening.

It's a souvenir step selling online for 20 euros. So we're gonna buy it now and how to buy it. We just press ”buy” and the face recognition.
