诺基亚(Nokia Corporation)是一家总部位于芬兰埃斯波 ，主要从事移动通信产品生产的跨国公司。诺基亚成立于1865年，当时以造纸为主业，后来逐步向胶鞋、轮胎、电缆等领域扩展，最后发展成为一家手机制造商。自1996年以来，诺基亚连续14年占据市场份额第一。面对新操作系统的智能手机的崛起，诺基亚全球手机销量第一的地位在2011年第二季被苹果及三星双双超越。

2011年2月11日，诺基亚与微软达成全球战略同盟并深度合作共同研发Windows Phone操作系统。2013年7月11日23时，拥有4100万像素的诺基亚Lumia 1020正式在纽约发布亮相。2013年9月3日，微软宣布以约54.4亿欧元价格收购诺基亚设备与服务部门(诺基亚手机业务)，并获得相关专利和品牌的授权。诺基亚未来将努力发展Here地图服务、诺基亚解决方案与网络(NSN)和领先科技三大支柱业务。2014年4月25日，诺基亚宣布完成与微软公司的手机业务交易，正式退出手机市场。

北京时间2014年4月29日上午消息，在4月25日正式将设备与服务业务出售给微软后，诺基亚宣布了一系列声明，包括任命拉吉夫·苏里(Rajeev Suri)担任诺基亚总裁兼CEO。[1]

2014年11月18日，诺基亚正式发布了旗下第一款Android平板电脑，诺基亚N1(Nokia N1)。诺基亚N1[2] 是Android系统上首款支持USB正反插(USB-typeC)的设备。

今后诺基亚将致力于移动网络基础设施软件和服务、测绘导航和智能定位、先进技术研发及授权。

2015年11月18日诺基亚正式启动166亿美元收购阿尔卡特-朗讯。

Nokia is a Finnish telecommunications corporation. It is Finland’s largest company and accounts for 25% of the country’s exports and a third of the value of the Helsinki Stock Exchange. Nokia has its roots in another form of communication – paper. It was established in 1865 by mining engineer Fredrik Idestam who started manufacturing paper. The company is named after the Nokianvirta River which it used for its paper mill. In 1902, the company started producing electricity. Itmerged with two other companies in 1967 to form the Nokia Corporation and produced household goods. In the 1980s the company decided to solely focus on mobile phone technology. Today, it employs 123,000 people in 120 countries. It is the world’s largest producer of mobile phones.
