北京新机场明年6月竣工 9月投入运营

The acceptance check for Beijing's new airport andauxiliary projects has been set for June 30, andthree months later, the airport will be put intooperation on Sept 30, 2019, according to acomprehensive plan issued last Friday.

根据上周五发布的一项综合计划，北京新机场及其配套工程的验收工作将会在2019年6月30日进行，而在验收3个月后的9月30日，该机场将投入运营。

The comprehensive plan issued at a meetingcovers the leftover construction work of the airport, the acceptance check work, transfer plan, preparatory work for formal operations, reception plan and other relevant special plans.

该综合计划是在一场会议上发布的。该会议内容包括了机场剩余工程建设计划、验收准备工作、移交计划、正式运营筹备工作、接收计划以及各相关专项计划等。

Feng Zhenglin, head of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, said at the meeting that the plan has set some important time frames for the new airport project to be put into operation on schedule.

中国民用航空局局长冯正霖在会议中指出，该计划已经为新机场项目如期投入运营设定了一些重要的时间框架。

 

The new airport north line expressway will be available for traffic in December, the ground refueling facilities should be ready in April, and the new airport expressway will be ready for traffic in June.

新机场北线高速公路工程将于今年12月具备通车条件;地面加油设施工程将于2019年4月具备投入使用条件;新机场高速公路工程将于2019年6月具备通车条件。

When the new airport is in operation, the core work area, life service area, freight area and supporting facilities in the first phase should be in use for China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines.

在新机场通航后，中国东方航空、中国南方航空的基地核心工作区、生活服务区、货运区及配套设施等一期工程将投入使用。

The Beijing-Xiongan intercity high-speed railway should be operational. Meanwhile, the new subway line a linking downtown Beijing and the airport, the new airport expressway and north line expressway should all be in use.

而北京-雄安城际铁路也会同期开通。连接北京市区和机场的新地铁线，新机场高速公路和北线高速公路届时也将全部投入使用。

Authorities have urged related units to push ahead with construction work and preparatory work for operations at the same time. Some 92 percent of the flight area and 42 percent of road projects have already been finished.

当局敦促相关单位同时推进建设工作和运营准备工作。大约92%的飞行区域和42%的道路项目已经完成了建设。
