US President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed hostage negotiations, the need for increased humanitarian aid and the possibility of a "tactical ceasefire" in the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict on the phone Monday, the White House said. On the same day, Netanyahu said there would be no full ceasefire until the hostages were released.
