陕西一中学发生持刀袭击案，9人死亡
北京——当局称，周五，一名男子在中国中部一所中学外持刀行凶，造成九人死亡，10人受伤。这是近年来中国最严重的校园袭击事件之一。
The episode took place shortly after 6 p.m., officials said, as students were being dismissed at the Mizhi County No. 3 Middle School in Shaanxi Province, about 500 miles southwest of Beijing.
官方称，事件发生在下午6点多一点，正值地处北京西南约500英里(约合800公里)处的陕西省米脂县第三中学的学生放学。
The police said they had taken into custody a suspect, a man with the surname Zhao, born in 1990. They said the man was a graduate of the middle school and that he had told the police he was seeking revenge because he was bullied during his time there.
警方称已经控制了一名生于1990年的赵姓嫌疑人。他们说该男子毕业于该中学，并称他告诉警方自己是在报复，因为他在那里上学时被人欺负。
“He attacked students because he hated the students there,” said a statement by the Mizhi County police posted on Weibo, a popular microblogging site.
“犯罪嫌疑人交代其在米脂三中上学时受同学欺负，遂记恨学生，今天持匕首杀人，”米脂县警方在流行的微博客平台新浪微博上发表声明说。
Videos and images posted online by witnesses showed bodies spread along alleyways.

Residents rushed for assistance, carrying the injured in their arms. “Hurry up, hurry up, call for help!” a woman shouted in one video.

The police said the dead included seven girls and two boys.

In other videos, the police walked down a street holding the neck of a man whose face was bloody. News reports identified him as the suspect.
