Do you want to work in big cities or average ones? 1 Every college graduate faces this question when he starts his career.

Some prefer to stay in big cities. They consider that big cities usually provide more job opportunities and boast bountiful resources and better facilities, which are all crucial to their career development. 2 At the same time, they have to endure the overcrowded traffic condition along with a high cost of living. 2 Conversely, others choose to start their career in average cities. 3 Even though life there may be less colorful than in big cities, they can enjoy themselves in a quieter and less competitive environment. They may expect to more easily attract the attention of the management and even win promotion earlier.
